BLOW DRY PACKAGES
Cancellation of Blow Dry Package Appointment
In the event of cancellation or reschedule of a Blow Dry Package Appointment, prior day notice is required by either phone, email or sms. If appropriate cancellation is not received then the appointment will still be charged against the pre purchased Blow Dry Package.
Mi Color reserves to right to allocate Blow Dry Package appointments to different team members from original request to accommodate operational demands.
Blow Dry Packages are available to new Mi Color clients as a once off purchase. Existing clients will be required to have received a paid color, cut or in salon service with a minimum value of $100 from Mi Color Paddington within the previous 2 calendar months to be eligible to purchase a Blow Dry Pack at the current $400 price as an ongoing arrangement.
For example, If you wish to purchase a Blow Dry pack on the 11th March 2019 , you will be required to have had a color, cut or in salon service to the value of $100 or more between 11th January 2020 & 11th March 2020.
Existing clients will be eligible to continue to purchase Blowdry Packs by continuing to meet this criteria.
Blow Dry Packs are not transferable between clients. They are for the sole use of the purchaser.
Blow Dry Packs are valid for a period of 12 months from purchase date.
REFER A FRIEND
The Refer a Friend $50 Voucher is only applicable to new clients that visit Mi Color and can only be received as a “New Client” on the first visit. The new client will receive $50 off their first hair appointment which must be a total value of $150 or more with the $50 discount being applied leaving a minimum spend of $100. Clients who refer new clients will receive 1 x $50 voucher for each genuine new client they refer and visits Mi Color Salons for a paid Hair Service. The value of the appointment must be in excess of $150 to receive the $50 discount.
Unless specifically stated all promotions that are offered or honoured cannot be used in conjunction with any offer such as Pre Purchased Packs, Discount Offer or Donation.
APPOINTMENT FOLLOW UP
At Mi Color, we always strive to ensure that all of our clients have the best possible experience as a result from their visits to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience then please contact us within 7 days so that we can discuss and work towards resolving your concerns.
As an active member of our local communities Mi Color often donates time & services to assist local charities, schools & other fund raising events. When such a donation is made, redemption of the voucher is not available on Saturdays unless accompanied by a paid color service on that same day. Vouchers are redeemable at any available time Monday to Friday. Any appointments booked in relation to these donations require 24hrs+ notice of cancellation or rescheduling or the donations will be forfeited. Donations are not redeemable for products or cash.
Our team ensures the salon remains sanitised and hygenic for you to visit. We carefully follow the current recommendations from the World Health Organisation & Australian Government. We will keep you up to date with any changes. If you are feeling unwell or have travelled in the last 14 days then please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
LIGHT LOUNGE SUBSCRIPTION
As a subscriber to a Mi Color Light Therapy Subscription Plan, you agree to be charged on weekly recurring basis. This Subscription service is administered by PayPal and may be terminated at any time by either party with 7 days notice.
Please note this subscription is not transferable either as a whole or as an individual visit or service.
In the event a payment is missed, Mi Color will be notified and we will make contact with you to resolve. You will not have access to the services provided under this Subscription until payments are corrected.
This is not a lock-in contract and both parties are free to terminate this agreement at any time. You may do this via the PayPal Portal.
Payments are processed on the same day each week of your first payment in advance and renew automatically - note this may take a few days after the billing date to appear on your account.
Subscriptions may be put on hold for a maximum 4 weeks at a time and 8 weeks annually.
REFUNDS OR RETURNS
At Mi Color, we understand that sometimes the item you purchase is not what you thought it may be. Please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve your concerns and are happy to exchange, however we do reserve the right to refuse a refund for change of mind purchases. All Australian Consumer Rights are protected & honoured by Mi Color.Refunds or returns Procedure:
- Contact Mi Color within 3 days of receiving your item/s.
- Return unopened/unused items securely packaged to Mi Color.
- Return postage is at the purchasers expense unless agreed by Mi Color.
- Include all purchase information, any Gifts with Purchase & all packaging.
- Mi Color will await reciept of items and advise.
