Meg is the co-owner and founder of Mi Color Paddington, having established the salon in 2009 with a clear vision—to create a space where exceptional hairdressing and genuine client care come together. Mi Color is proudly a colour-specialist salon, with a strong focus on delivering high-end, customised hair colour.
A highly experienced and talented colourist, Meg is known for her ability to create beautiful, bespoke colour that enhances each client’s natural features and lifestyle. She also specialises in hair extensions and short hair cutting, delivering modern, wearable results with a focus on detail and balance.
With a loyal and long-standing clientele, Meg is deeply committed to listening to her clients’ needs and ensuring every appointment feels personal, considered, and confidence-boosting. As a team leader, she plays an important role in guiding and supporting the Mi Color team while maintaining the salon’s high standards and warm, welcoming culture.

Adam
Salon Owner
Adam is a co owner of Mi Color Paddington and the person behind the smooth day-to-day running of the salon. Often the first voice you’ll hear on the phone, he keeps everything organised, moving, and (mostly) on track—earning him the unofficial title of the salon’s “hair traffic controller.”
Known for his quick wit, humour, and ability to keep the team smiling on even the busiest days, Adam plays a key role in creating the welcoming, fun energy Mi Color is known for. He’s always up for a laugh, but equally focused on making sure every client has a seamless salon experience from booking to finish.
Adam is proud to lead a team of highly talented stylists and to have built a salon culture centred around creativity, care, and connection.
His philosophy? Great salons run on great people—and a little bit of organised chaos never hurts.

Salon Manager & Master Stylist
Meet MG – the heart of Mi Color Paddington. As our Salon Manager and Master Stylist, she brings years of experience, exceptional talent, and the kind of calm confidence that makes every appointment feel effortless.
A true all-rounder, MG is just as passionate about precision cutting as she is about creating beautiful, lived-in colour, polished blow-dries, and complete hair transformations.
