At Mi Color, we understand that sometimes the item you purchase is not what you thought it may be. Please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve your concerns and are happy to exchange, however we do reserve the right to refuse a refund for change of mind purchases

What is the procedure for a return or exchange?
- Contact Mi Color within 3 days of receiving your item/s
- Return unopened/unused items securely packaged to Mi Color.
- Return postage is at the purchasers expense unless agreed by Mi Color
- Include all purchase information, any Gifts with Purchase & all packaging
- Mi Color will await reciept of items and advise
